چکیده
We present a new design of robust cavity-enhanced frequency comb-based spectrometer operating under the continuous-filtering Vernier principle. The is based on compact femtosecond Er-doped fiber laser, medium finesse cavity, diffraction grating, custom-made moving aperture, and two photodetectors. removes requirement for high-bandwidth active stabilization in previous implementations technique, allows scan rates up to 100 Hz. demonstrate performance over wide spectral range by detecting CO 2 around 1575 nm (1.7 THz bandwidth 6 GHz resolution) CH 4 1650 (2.7 13 resolution). achieve absorption sensitivity 5 × 10 −9 cm -1 Hz -1/2 at nm, 1 −7 nm. discuss influence scanning speed above adiabatic limit amplitude signal.

Near infrared frequency comb vernier spectrometer for broadband trace gas detection.
We present a femtosecond frequency comb vernier spectrometer in the near infrared with a femtosecond Er doped fiber laser, a scanning high-finesse cavity and an InGaAs camera. By utilizing the properties of a frequency comb and a scanning high-finesse cavity such a spectrometer provides broad spectral bandwidth, high spectral resolution, and high detection sensitivity on a short time scale. We ...

Mimir: A Near-Infrared Wide-Field Imager, Spectrometer, and Polarimeter
Mimir, a new facility-class near-infrared instrument for the 1.8 m Perkins telescope on Anderson Mesa outside Flagstaff, Arizona, was commissioned and has been operating for three years. Mimir is multifunction, performing wide-field (F=5) and narrow-field (F=17) imaging, long-slit spectroscopy, and imaging polarimetry. The F=5 mode images at 0.59′′ per pixel onto the 1024 × 1024 pixel ALADDIN I...
متن کاملImplementation of continuous filtering frequency comb Vernier spectroscopy for continuous acquisition of spectra in a flame
In this project laser absorption spectroscopy was performed on a flame in a FabryPérot cavity, using an optical frequency comb. Optical frequency comb spectroscopy is a technique that allows broadband ultra-sensitive detection of molecular species in gas phase. Optical frequency combs are generated by femtosecond mode-locked lasers, which generate short pulses and whose spectrum consists of a c...
